Zarmeen specializes in treating Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), general anxiety, social anxiety, phobias, and depression. Her expertise in utilizing treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Exposure and Response Prevention, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy ensures that therapy is tailored, relevant, and effective.
With a Master's in Clinical Psychology from Rosalind Franklin University and experience in Partial Hospitalization Programs and Intensive Outpatient Programs, Zarmeen brings both the expertise and empathy needed to help clients achieve meaningful change and a higher quality of life.
