Solution Focused Therapy

Solution- focused therapy is a short-term goal-focused evidence-based therapeutic approach, which incorporates positive psychological principles  and practices.  This approach helps clients change by constructing solutions rather than focusing on problems.

EMDR

A structured therapy that encourages the client to briefly focus on the trauma memory while simultaneously experiencing bilateral stimulation (typically eye movements) which is associated with a reduction in the vividness and emotion associated with the trauma memory.
