Angie brings transparency, humor, and optimistic realism to her therapy sessions. Expect to be welcomed, affirmed, challenged, and encouraged.  Angie approaches wellness from a head-heart-body framework, applying varying therapeutic techniques depending on the area of the self being addressed.

Angie has extensive experience working with children and teens.  Angie’s warm and welcoming nature allows them to connect quickly with clients so they can jump right into doing the work and start feeling better.  

Angie utilizes Synergetic Play Therapy (SPT), Liberation Psychology, Relational Cultural Therapy (RCT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Mind-Body Therapy. Tailoring each session to each client’s specific needs.

Angie received a BA in Psychology from Colorado Christian University. Then earned their MA in Counseling Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology.  

Outside of her professional life, Angie enjoys listening to music, dancing, exploring outdoors, yoga, and crocheting. You’ll also often find her decorating her home or reading.
